## Two products, two data paths

1. Conversational employee (SMS and missed-call text-back). May use commercial model providers under agreements that prohibit training on submitted content. Texts travel over carrier networks. Nobody can honestly claim otherwise.
2. Document processing (medical chronologies and the internal knowledge assistant). Runs on machines KRAYON-AI, LLC owns and physically controls in Florida. Never OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, or any other public AI service. No fallback that ships an oversized file to a commercial API. If a job is too large for the hardware, it takes longer. It does not leave the building.

A vendor who uses one word for both is selling a blur.

## Published prices

- Trades AI Employee: from $500 / month. HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, restoration. Typically live the same week. No per-seat pricing.
- Staffing AI Employee: $1,000–$2,000 / month plus $2,500 setup. Typically about two weeks; carrier registration is the long pole.
- Medical chronologies: $249 under 500 pages; $0.12 / page after; hard cap $900 however large the file. $1,500 / month unlimited at ten or more cases. First redacted case from a closed matter is free.
- Internal Knowledge Assistant: $2,500 setup, from $400 / month. Same owned Florida hardware as document processing.

- Works an existing list one conversation at a time, at a human pace, during human hours. Not a blast.
- Qualifies against rules written in plain English
- Hands a live thread to a human. The AI goes silent the moment a human steps in.
- Ownership is enforced at send time
- If asked whether it is an AI, it answers honestly
