Two ways to start. Both end with you knowing more than you did.
You will talk to the person who built the system — not a sales development rep working from a script, and not a partner reseller. If what you need isn't something we do well, you will be told that on the call rather than three weeks into an engagement.
Intro call
You describe the business and the bottleneck. We tell you whether there's anything here worth your time, and roughly what it would cost. No deck, no discovery framework, no follow-up sequence.
AI assessment
A recorded one-hour call, followed by a written plan: the three applications of AI most likely to produce a return in your business, what each would cost to implement, and which commonly sold solutions are not worth the money. The plan is yours whether or not you engage us for anything else.
These times are open. Pick one. He gets the request the same day and confirms. If you want to talk now: 813-733-5997.
What to have ready
Nothing formal. It helps if you can answer three things:
Where the money is leaking. Missed calls, a database nobody works, a paralegal spending days on records, quotes that never get chased. Be specific about which one hurts most.
What you already tried. If you've been sold an AI receptionist that embarrassed you in front of a customer, say so — it tells us what standard you're actually measuring against.
What a win looks like in numbers. Ten more booked jobs a month. Four fewer paralegal hours a case. Whatever it is, if we can't draw a line from the system to that number, we'll say so.
If you are a covered entity or a law firm and need paperwork before a call, start at the BAA request page — you can have an agreement in hand before anything is discussed.
